Upcoming Holidays
 

PAVIR follows the Federal Holiday schedule, so please mark your calendars with the following upcoming holidays. Please request any additional time off with your supervisor and / or timecard approver:

•             Monday, 1/18/16 – Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

•             Monday, 2/15/16 – Presidents Day

 

Eligible employees will receive holiday pay only if they are scheduled to work on the holiday. Please note, the PAVIR Administrative office will be closed on these dates.
2015 W-2s

The 2015 Form W-2 and Earning Summary is an easy-to-read, single page form with the information to answer all your W-2 questions! The W-2s were mailed out this week to your personal address listed in ADP WorkforceNow.  In addition, online W-2s should be available on January 23rd in ADP WorkforceNow (Myself > Pay > Annual Statements).

Introducing IRS Form 1095-C

PAVIR is subject to new IRS reporting requirements regarding the medical benefit coverage we offer employees.  Accordingly, PAVIR will now be issuing an IRS form 1095-C with information regarding your enrollment status in PAVIR’s medical plans. 

As this is the first year the IRS is rolling out the new form, you are not required to include the 1095-C with your 2015 tax filing. However, PAVIR is required to distribute the 1095-C and employees will receive this form by mid-April. PAVIR will notify you as soon as the form is distributed. 

Please remember, the Form 1095-C is not a requirement for 2015 tax reurns, so you should not be concerned if you do not receive the form before you file your tax return this year.

Learn About Your 401(k) – Educational Meeting

We have scheduled a group 401(k) educational meeting which will review plan basics, tax advantages of participating in a 401(k) plan, available investment options, and investment strategies.  All employees are welcome to attend! Space is limited so please RSVP.

Individual Retirement Planning Sessions

For additional guidance and information regarding your retirement, we are also offering free 30 minute individual retirement planning sessions with a 401(k) advisor. Limited 1-1 sessions are available, so please RSVP to reserve a time slot.

Super Bowl Traffic

The Super Bowl 50 will be held at the Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara. Festivities begin the week of February 1st with game day on Sunday, February 7th. Please remember to plan accordingly as traffic may be heavier than usual especially during commute times.
