Holiday Reminders

PAVIR follows the Federal Holiday schedule so please mark your calendars with the following upcoming holidays. Please request any additional time off with your supervisor and / or timecard approver:

•             Friday, 12/25/15 – Christmas Day

•             Friday, 1/1/16 – New Year’s Day

Only eligible employees will receive holiday pay. Please note, the PAVIR Administrative office will be closed on these dates.

Flexible Spending Account Deadline 12/31/15
Employees who elected a Medical / Health Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for 2015, MUST incur eligible expenses by 12/31/15 AND submit receipts for incurred expenses by 3/31/16. Up to $500 of unused FSA funds will rollover to 2016, but these rollover funds will not be accessible until after the claim submission deadline.  Any FSA balance in excess of $500 by 12/31/15 will be subject to the “Use It or Lose It” policy!  Please visit to spend down your FSA funds on eligible expenses if needed.
Last Chance to Meet 2015 401(k) Deferral Limits!

There is only ONE pay period left in 2015, so please adjust your 401(k) deferral amount by Tuesday, December 15th if you would like to meet the 2015 limits listed below.  The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Social Security Administration (SSA) announced the 2016 deferral limits will remain the same as 2015. Please keep this in mind as you review your 401(k) deferrals:

ACA 2015 Tax Form is Coming!

Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), PAVIR must report information to the IRS regarding full-time, benefit eligible employees and healthcare coverage. Only 23 Pay Periods in 2015

As a reminder, PAVIR employees employed 12/16/14 -12/31/14 received their paycheck early on December 31st, 2014, rather than January 7th, 2015 due to the payroll transition from TriNet to ADP.  Therefore, your 2015 W-2 will only include 23 pay periods instead of the standard 24 pay periods.

Update Your Personal Data

You will be receiving your W-2 for calendar year 2015 from ADP so please review and update your preferred email and mailing address via > Myself > Personal Information > Personal Profile > Addresses. Any address changes made after December 31, 2015 may not be reflected on your 2015 W-2s and your W-2s may be sent to the old address on file.
