Electronic Timecards are Coming
HR is rolling out electronic timecard training for employees and timecard approvers beginning in September. The implementation of electronic timecards for timekeeping and payroll will be phased in to different research labs / groups starting October 1st. To prepare, please ensure you are registered with ADP WorkforceNow and you are familiar with the site. If you have any questions, please contact hr@pavir.org.

Beware of Email Scams
Recently we have learned of a few email scams sent to PAVIR employees.  One of the scams included an attachment to substantiate an invoice for payment. We remind you that all PAVIR /  VA computers should have current antivirus software which will identify and clean potential viruses. If a message comes up on your computer warning you of an infection and it comes from any source other than your antivirus software, it is probably malware trying to get you to click on things which can harm your computer.  Please take care when opening attachments!  If an attachment doesn’t look right,  it probably isn’t right.  When in doubt, don’t click!
