Timecard Submission Deadline
It is important all employees review and approve their timecard by the deadline of 5:00pm the business day before the end of each pay period. We need your help to ensure payroll is processed correctly and your pay is reflected correctly each pay period. You can access your timecard online at ADP WorkforceNow > Myself > Time & Attendance > My Timecard. If you need assistance, please contact Gerardo Robledo ( in the Payroll department.

2015 ACA Tax Form
PAVIR reported information to the IRS regarding eligible full-time employees' affordable health care coverage under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Eligible full-time employees will receive a Form 1095-C, which does not have to be filed with your 2015 taxes, but should be retained for reference. For additional information, please contact

401(k) Deferral Cap
Effective 1/1/16, PAVIR changed the 401(k) deferral limit to 75% of eligible employees’ pay. For additional information, please contact

Annual Merit Increases
For employees who are eligible to receive a merit increase with the 2015 performance and salary review processes, new pay rates will be effective March 1, 2016 and will be reflected on your paycheck dated March 22, 2016.
New Human Resources Director
