Zeiss Axio Imager D1

Brief description:
The Zeiss Axio Imager D1 is an epi-fluorescence microscope allows the recording of both normal brightfield and multicolor fluorescence images. The equipment is thus extensively used for immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence of cultured cells as well as of tissue sections mounted on microscope slides.

Access:
The equipment can be used after proper training by members of the Butcher Lab on a walk-in basis.

Other information:
Training involves proper handling software and hardware and the format of samples that can be analyzed using the equipment described above.

A sign in sheet will be provided to monitor equipment use and the life time of the fluorescence lamp.
